My Halloween Mantel using the Cricut Explore!!! This was the first real project I created with my Cricut Explore and I love it!
For the images, I used a combo of the images in the Cricut library and the Catacomb Manor set from SVGCuts.com. The paper is all from My Mind’s Eye Happy Haunting Collection. I used exactly what SVGCuts used because I was so new that I didn’t know how to be creative on my own! No worries, that has changed now. 🙂
The Cricut Graveyard
My graveyard turned out awesome! These came from Cricut and I used glass containers from Dollar Tree to prop them up! I embellished them with spiders from the Catacomb Manor set and black enamel dots.
EEK Bag, Card, & Large Rosette
These lovelies for my Halloween Mantel came from SVGCuts.com Catacomb Manor set. That rosette was HARD because at the time Cricut didn’t import SVGs in their original size. So I spent forever resizing it. But it turned out so cute that I didn’t care! I had a blast learning to ink edges on the card! And that EEK bag… 3D letters are no joke. But don’t they look amazing???
Hocus Pocus Banner!
Hocus Pocus is my favorite Halloween movie so I knew I wanted a little hocus pocus on my mantel! This banner was perfect! I got the web ribbon from Walmart and cut it in half length wise because it was too thick. The letters are from a free font, Grim Ghost and the pennant shapes are from the Cricut library. I love how it turned out!
